Difficult rescue dogs
use up precious resources.

we throw a rescue lifeline.

Canine Rescue Resource provides education, training and financial assistance to rescue organizations with difficult dogs to enable fast successful placement in caring homes.

Education

Canine Rescue Resource provides education to the community and rescue volunteers so this work can be duplicated out in the community. Learning to identify and handle difficult dogs that have faced unknown trauma will make the healing process go smoother.

Training

Canine Rescue Resource provides space for the hands on training work to be done. Most rescues don’t depend heavily on fosters to board dogs waiting to be adopted. A difficult dog just doesn’t fit into that model. We are building a campus where Trainers and Volunteers can come together and provide the new experiences troubled rescues need to recover.

Financial Assistance

Canine Rescue Resource provides financial assistance to rescues that need a boost. When there is a trainer willing to take on a difficult project at discount, CRR can help cover the cost to get the troubled canine fixed up and into a successful loving home. CRR provides educational grants for rescues to train staff and increase the knowledge base of their volunteers.
